Since I received the invitation to truely the biggest fashion related event in Hungary, I feel like Fergie, "first class, up in the sky" (referring to the song Glamorous by Fergie).
I called it "fashion related" as it is more than just a parade of beautiful clothes, Women of the Year is dedicated to honor the achievements of today's heroines.
Mióta virtuális kézhez kaptam Magyarország legnagyobb divathoz kötődő eseményére szóló meghívómat, lázban égek és úgy érzem magam, akárcsak Fergie "első osztályon, a felhők felett" (Fergie : Glamorous c. nótájára utalok).
Szándékosan hívtam "divathoz kötődő eseménynek", mert több ez, mint meseszép ruhák felvonulása, hiszen a Women of the Year díjazottjai mind elismerést érdemelnek, mint napjaink hősnői.
After the success overseas and in UK, Hungarian Glamour Magazine rewards significant women for the 5th time in Hungary this March. To win this honourable prize means absolute success of hard work and achievement and these Hungarian women join the prestigious list of such women like Hilary Clinton, Tyra Banks or Annie Lenox, just to name a few who already gained this award abroad.
A tengerentúlon és az Egyesült Királyságban már évek óta hagyománya van a Glamour Women of the Year gálának és a magyarországi Glamour magazin idén ötödik alkalommal jutalmazza szakmájuk legjobbjait. Elnyerni a díjat egyet jelent a kemény munka sikerével és elismeréssel, hiszen olyan külföldi hírességek táborához csatlakoznak a nyertesek, mint Hilary Clinton, Tyra Banks vagy Annie Lenox, csak hogy pár nevet említsek.
